The coffee in your cup grew in special microclimatic conditions at higher altitudes. Selective hand picking and professional roasting enriched her taste and natural aromas. Only 9—13% of the world coffee production is produced in this way. Gostilna Vida serves Colombian arabica roasted locally by Zadruga BUNA.The close proximity of the roaster and the mindful roasting allow us to get coffee in zerowaste manner.
100% Natural Wines
Nothing added, nothing removed. With no pesticides and fungicides being sprayed in the vineyards, microbiological life follows the grapes into the cellar. And there, no artificial additives are neededed to start spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. There may be some sediment in the bottle, which could have been removed by filtration, but would at the same time remove the soul, individuality of the wine.
